Participating Insurance Carrier Information
Pursuant to Tennessee Code Annotated (TCA) 56-5-314 (1996), all insurers writing workers compensation insurance in the state of Tennessee are required to participate in the TWCIP by either acting as a Participating Insurance Carrier
or as a State-approved Direct Assignment Carrier.
